Propose a strong motivational theme “Bonded in Steel” that can communicate the type of relationship BlueScope want to build with its stakeholders.

Create a gathering of stakeholders through a gala dinner event with decorations and attractions combining the uniqueness of Australia and Japan, while portraying the contributions made by BlueScope and Nippon Steel in their respective business environments.

The Result:

  • 324 out of 350 BlueScope’s main stakeholders attend the JV Launch event (92.57%)
  • The joint venture progresses smoothly with all stakeholders on board.
