Commonwealth Bank wants to communicate the Bank’s capabilities on wealth management services to its target consumers, and establish a strong association between Commonwealth Bank and financial planning.

The Challenge:

How to stand out in the midst of marketing clutter and consumer aversion of the banking industry’s marketing activities, while at the same time effectively communicate the intended key messages to the Bank’s target consumers.


The Solution:

“Smarter Today, Better Tomorrow: Navigate Your Financial Investment” exhibition and road-show with the CommShip as focal communication point in 5 major Indonesian cities.

Position Commonwealth Bank as the investment navigator and show that the Bank is present with various solutions to help the target consumers with their individual investment needs.

The Result:

  • An average of 502 new customers / weekend / city signed up for Commonwealth Bank’s wealth management services.
  • A post-campaign survey conducted by an independent research agency shows a 25.33% increase in the target consumers’ belief that Commonwealth Bank is their best partner for financial planning and wealth management.
